1. Service identification

ContoSecretos (contosecretos.com.br) is an editorial platform for serialized erotic short stories, with fictional chat with characters and related features.

2. Minimum age — 18

ContoSecretos publishes adult erotic content intended exclusively for people over 18. By continuing on the website, you declare that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to consume this type of content in Brazil.

If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this service. Any use by a minor that is identified results in immediate termination of the account and blocking of the email.

3. Scope of what we offer

• Sale and reading of individual stories and complete series in digital format (PDF, ePub, the platform's reader).
• Rotating free story — stories made available at no charge as a sample.
• Chat with fictional characters based on the published texts, with AI-generated responses.
• Letters you can write to characters or to Helena Noir, read by the publisher.
• Personal library, favorites, highlighted quotes, reading bookmarks.
• Editorial newsletter and communications about new releases.

4. Reader account

• Sign-in is exclusively through Google OAuth. There is no password-based registration.
• The account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for any activity that occurs while signed in with your email.
• Report any unauthorized access immediately so we can block the session.
• You can request deletion of your account at any time via helenanoircs@gmail.com.

5. Purchases and payment

• On the Portuguese-language site, prices are displayed in Brazilian reais (BRL), with taxes included when applicable. English editions are sold through ebook stores (Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo and others) at list prices in US dollars, under each store's own terms.
• Purchases on the Portuguese-language site are processed by external payment gateways, and purchases of English editions by the store where they are made. Financial data does not travel through ContoSecretos servers.
• The email provided at purchase is what grants access to the purchased story. Use an email you will have permanent control over.
• Payment confirmation releases the file automatically. If there is a delay, contact support with the transaction code.

6. Right of withdrawal

For purchases made on the Portuguese-language site, under Art. 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 7 calendar days of digital delivery — provided that the content has not yet been accessed/downloaded. After downloading or reading on the platform, the product is considered consumed and the right of withdrawal does not apply (an immediately readable digital item, Art. 49, sole paragraph, and STJ — Brazil's Superior Court of Justice — case law). Refunds for English editions bought in ebook stores follow the policy of the store where the purchase was made.

To exercise this right, send an email to helenanoircs@gmail.com with the transaction code. The refund is processed through the original gateway within 14 business days.

7. Permitted use of the content

You may:

• Read on any of your devices (phone, tablet, computer, e-reader).
• Print one copy for strictly personal use.
• Highlight passages, save favorite quotes, and make notes in your own files.

You may NOT:

• Share, redistribute, sell, or make the purchased files publicly available.
• Republish extensive excerpts without the publisher's written authorization.
• Use the content to train AI models, datasets, or derivative products.
• Remove watermarks, editorial credits, or metadata from the files.

Copyright in the stories belongs to the authors who sign them — under a public pen name or real name, as each one chooses. The Helena Noir imprint acts as publisher: it curates, edits, distributes, and licenses. Every work published here was granted for distribution by its author under a publishing agreement. Violations constitute infringement of the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law 9,610/98).

Use of AI and protection of submitted texts. Application screening is supported by artificial intelligence. Even so, texts submitted with an application are not used to train AI models without the author's express consent — your rights remain with you (a license to use, not an assignment of ownership).

8. AI-generated content (chat)

• The characters' responses are fiction. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, or any other form of professional consulting.
• The AI can make mistakes, invent facts, mix up memories, or produce statements that seem real but are not.
• We do not treat what a character says as a commitment by the publisher — it is part of the literary performance.
• Specific details in the AI & Chat Policy.

9. Expected reader conduct

The following are prohibited, at the risk of immediate account termination:

• Requesting, suggesting, or attempting to simulate any scenario involving minors in any chat or communication.
• Requesting content involving real sexual violence, torture, or non-consensual acts portrayed as real.
• Attempting to circumvent the AI to produce content that is illegal under Brazilian law.
• Attempting to break into, overload, or exploit vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Sharing download links, screenshots containing access keys, or credentials.
• Insulting, threatening, or harassing the publisher or other readers.

10. Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be maintenance windows, failures of third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase, payment gateways, AI providers), or force majeure events. When this affects a purchased product that has not yet been delivered, it will be replaced at no cost.

11. Support

Support by email: helenanoircs@gmail.com. Responses on business days within 48 hours.

12. Intellectual property of the platform

Brand, visual identity, source code, layout, illustrations, AI prompts, character profiles, editorial organization — all of it belongs to Marcelo Oliveira / QuickSolutions-ai.com. The stories belong to the authors who sign them (see section 7).

12.1. Authors: submissions, editorial review, and royalties

This section supplements the terms for those who apply to publish under the Helena Noir imprint through the /en/publish form or by editorial invitation.

• Editorial review: stories submitted by authors go through review. The publisher may approve, request changes with comments, or decline. The process is personal, with no formal deadline promised — on average 2 to 6 weeks until publication.
• Standard royalty: 70% of the net amount received (after payment gateway fees), unless otherwise agreed in writing. Paid monthly to the account the author designates once the accumulated balance reaches R$50 (about US$9).
• License, not assignment: the author retains ownership of the story. The publisher receives a license to distribute it, with no mandatory exclusivity. The author may request that it be withdrawn from circulation with reasonable advance notice.
• Prohibited content: the publisher reserves the right to decline or unpublish stories that involve minors in a sexual context, sexual violence without a clear narrative warning, illegal content, or content that violates the editorial rules published at /admin/content-rules (block category).
• Anonymity: the author's real name, email, and payout details are restricted to the editorial team and accounting. Publicly, the author appears under the byline of their choice (pen name or real name).

13. Termination

You can close your account whenever you want. The publisher may terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice in serious cases (item 9). Purchases made are not refunded upon termination for violation.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContoSecretos, Marcelo Oliveira, and QuickSolutions-ai.com are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional harm arising from use of the platform. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for products purchased in the last 12 months.

15. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version and date are recorded at the top. Significant changes are communicated 30 days in advance to registered readers. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

17. Acceptance

By continuing to use ContoSecretos after the age gate and Google registration, you express your agreement with these terms, with the Privacy Policy, and with the AI & Chat Policy.
